Every new listing now says who added it and whether they did it through Claude, on its Details page, in the listings Excel and when you ask Claude. Only your team sees it.

When you add or edit a client you can now choose the sales status they want (Upcoming, EOI or Open market) and, for off-plan, the payment plan: a split like 20/80, a post-handover plan, or an off-plan mortgage. Their matches use the same rules as the listing filters.
On a phone, choosing from any dropdown now opens the slide-in panel with a search box and large rows, instead of a small list that jumped as the page moved.

Brochures and floor plans opened on a listing now zoom to 800%, twice as far as before, on a phone and on a laptop. Pinch, double tap or use the + button to read a room's sizes.

A developer you work with can now send a project straight into your listings as a draft, with the prices, units, payment plans, photos and documents filled in. You check it and publish it under your own name. When they change the price or a payment plan, you are told and choose whether to apply it; your own title and description stay as you wrote them.

Add to Claude opens Claude with Waseeti already filled in, so you press Add, then Connect, and sign in. No address to copy.
Filter by property type, completion, sales status, developer, place, size and words, sort, and ask only for what changed since your last run. New lists of your developers and locations, and step-by-step samples for cURL, Node.js, PHP, Python, the browser and WordPress.
For co-broking: type another broker's email and the listing lands in their own Waseeti listings as a draft, under their name and branding. Your details stay with you, and their dashboard notes it came from you. No account yet? It waits until they make one with that address.
Keep branded posts, stories, flyers and the developer's creatives with each listing, or on a developer for all its listings. Everyone who works on the listing downloads them in one press; clients never see them.
Write a message once with tags like {client first name} and {listings}, then pick it whenever you send a listing or a collection: ⋯ → Send with a template. Waseeti's own templates are there to start with, and owners and admins can share templates with the whole team.

Choose the filters a client asked for on Listings and press Get alerts. When a public listing is published or changed to match, you are told at once in your notifications and in the morning summary.
A collection used to stop at 12 listings. It now takes up to 100. The client's page shows 24 at a time with Show more, and the PDF carries the first 30 and says the link has the rest.
When you give Claude a Notion page or a developer's project page to build a listing from, it now picks up the videos too: Notion video and embed blocks, embedded YouTube or Vimeo players, uploaded clips and tour links in the text, each with its caption as the label. No more adding them by hand.
Visitors to your website can switch between Grid, List and Map above your properties. The list puts the price, the facts, the status, the developer and any public offer in one row each. The map shows every property as a price tag, groups those in one spot, and marks pins placed from the address as approximate. The search and filters work the same in all three, and the choice is remembered.
Owners and admins can keep the WhatsApp groups the team has with each developer in Edit developer: a name, the group's invite link and a note. Everyone at the agency sees them with a Join group button on the developer and on its listings. Clients never see them.
The Promotion filter now goes past "Has a promotion": pick a kind (DLD waiver, discount, payment plan) and, if you want, its value, such as a 4% waiver, a 20/80 plan offer or 5% off or more. Only offers running today count, and your website only ever uses public ones.
The comparison PDF is now a report: a cover with each option and where it leads, then one page per section (price and value, the area from DLD, paying for it, timing, the home), each with its own chart. Make one from any collection: its ⋯ menu, Comparison report.
Clients › Report has a One-pager (PDF) to forward: where every deal stands and its value, by broker, by project, what moved today and what came in this week. Switch on the evening email to get it at 6:30 pm on days something moved or came in. It is off unless you switch it on.
Listings has a third view beside the cards and the table: a map of every live listing that matches your search and filters. Press a price tag to see the property and open it with your own link.
