Claude connector

Your CRM, run from a conversation.

Connect Waseeti to Claude and describe what you want in the words you would use on the phone. A Notion page, a developer’s project page or the details from an email become a published listing. A WhatsApp message becomes a client with a matched shortlist. And you can finally ask the question the job never answers — who actually opened it.

What you can say

Say it the way you would say it.

There is no syntax to learn. These are real examples, and the labels tell you which ones change something.

Look

changes nothing
  • “Which Waseeti account are you connected to?”
  • “What have I got in Marina?”
  • “Show me my drafts.”
  • “I want to add photos to WS-4F2A9K.”
  • “Who opened the Business Bay studio?”
  • “Has Ayesha looked at anything this week?”

Add

writes
  • “Two-bed in Marina Gate, 2.95 million, full marina view, ready — publish it.”
  • “Save that one as a draft, the handover date is not confirmed.”
  • “New client: Ahmed, 1.8 to 2m, two bed, Marina or JLT, handover before 2027.”

Change

writes
  • “Drop WS-4F2A9K to 2.9 million.”
  • “Archive the Al Quoz warehouse, it has gone.”
  • “Make the balcony shot the cover photo.”
  • “Sara wants three bedrooms now, not two — and add JLT.”

Remove

asks first
  • “Delete the duplicate Richmond listing.”
  • “Remove Omar, he bought elsewhere.”

Setup

Two minutes, once.

  1. Add Waseeti to Claude

Press Add to Claude: Claude opens with Waseeti filled in, and you press Add, then Connect.Add to Claude
  2. Or add it by hand

In Claude (or another assistant), open Settings → Connectors, add a custom connector and paste https://waseeti.io/mcp
  3. Sign in to Waseeti

You are sent to Waseeti to sign in as you normally would. We never see your assistant account, and your assistant never sees your Waseeti password.
  4. Approve what is being granted

You are shown exactly what access is being asked for, and you approve or refuse it. Approving returns you to the assistant with the connector live. You can revoke it from the same screen at any time.

Already connected and missing something new? Remove the connector and add it again — assistants cache the list of what a connector can do.

Limits

What it will not do.

Worth knowing before you need it, rather than after.

It cannot read a file attached to the chat

Claude is shown a picture of an attached PDF, not the file itself, so it cannot copy it into a listing. Send it the link instead (a Notion page, a developer's page or a PDF's own address), or drop the files on the upload page it gives you, which also opens on your phone without a sign-in.

It cannot email your clients

Matching creates each client's private tracked link and records the send. The message is still yours to write.

It cannot publish without your say-so

Putting a property on your public site requires your declaration that you are authorised to market it, exactly as the form does.

It cannot guess between two records

If what you say matches more than one listing or client, you get the candidates and their codes, and nothing is changed.

Questions

Everything brokers ask about it.

Getting started

What is the Waseeti connector?
It links your Waseeti account to an AI assistant such as Claude, so you can run the CRM by describing what you want instead of filling in forms. You talk; it creates the listing, saves the client, corrects the price, or tells you who opened what.
What do I need before I can connect it?
A Waseeti account and an AI assistant that supports custom connectors. An independent realtor's account starts with 30 days free and no card; an agency account includes the connector for every member of the team.
How do I connect it?
In your assistant, add a custom connector pointing at https://waseeti.io/mcp. You will be sent to Waseeti to sign in, shown exactly what is being granted, and asked to approve it. Approving returns you to the assistant with the connector working.
Does it cost extra?
No. The connector is part of your Waseeti subscription at no additional charge.
Which assistants does it work with?
Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth. Claude is the one we test against on every release.

What you can do

What can I actually ask for?
Four kinds of thing. Look: list your properties or clients, find one listing, or see who opened what. Add: create a listing or a client from a description. Change: correct a price, change a client's requirements, add or remove photos, publish or archive. Remove: delete a listing or a client, which needs you to say so explicitly.
Can I search and filter, or only list everything?
Filter, the same way you would in Waseeti. Properties narrow by status, sale or rent, ready or off-plan, property type, bedrooms, a price range, and location — emirate, community, sub-community, building or street — and free text matches the title, community, building and your own agency reference number. Clients narrow by status, type, buying or renting, bedrooms, a budget range and the areas they named, with free text over name, email, phone and what they told you they want. So "my off-plan listings in Dubai Marina under 2M" and "active buyers looking for a 2-bed under 1.5M" are single questions, not a list you have to read through.
How do I check which Waseeti account is connected?
Ask it. The connector reports the name, email address and agency of the account it is authenticated as, and the address of the public site listings would be published to. Worth doing once before you publish anything, particularly if you have ever signed in to Waseeti with more than one address.
Can I create a listing just by describing it?
Yes. Describe the property in a sentence, or paste the details out of a developer's email, and it becomes a listing on your own property site with a link you can send. Off-plan projects work too, including payment plans, handover dates, unit mixes and escrow registration.
Can I save a listing without publishing it?
Yes. Ask for it as a draft and only you can see it. You can publish it later once the remaining details arrive.
Can it match a client to my properties?
Yes, and this is the part that saves the most time. Paste a brief the way it arrived — "Ahmed, 1.8 to 2m, two bed, Marina or JLT, handover before 2027, will not touch Emaar" — and you get the client saved plus your own listings ranked against them, each with that client's private tracked link.
Can I see who opened what?
Yes. Ask which clients opened a property, or what one client has looked at, and you get the number of opens, how long they spent on the page, when they last looked, and how many replies they have left that you have not read.
Can I change a client's requirements later?
Yes — budget, areas, bedrooms, completion status, handover deadline, must-have amenities, developers they like and developers they will not touch. Requirement changes take effect the next time you ask for matches.
How do I refer to a specific listing or client?
A listing by the short code printed under its title in Waseeti, like WS-4F2A9K, by pasting its page link, or by words from its title. A client by their email address, their phone number, or their name. Phone numbers match however they are written, so +971 50 123 4567 and 0501234567 find the same person.

Photos and documents

How do I get photos onto a listing?
Two ways, and you are offered both. Ask for photos and a drop zone opens in the conversation itself — drag them in and they go live. You also get a link that opens the same drop zone in a browser with no sign-in, which is what you want on the phone the photos are actually on. The link is good for a day and reaches nothing but that one listing's files. If it does go stale and you are signed in to Waseeti, opening it takes you straight through anyway.
Why do the photos not just go through the chat?
They can, one at a time and up to 4MB, when the assistant has the file itself. Beyond that it stops being practical: tool arguments travel through the assistant's context as text, and one 2MB photo is about 2.7 million characters once encoded. A photograph you have merely shown the assistant is a different matter — it is looking at a picture, not holding the file, so it has nothing to pass on. The drop zone and the browser link exist because they send the files straight to Waseeti and skip the problem entirely.
I write my listings up in Notion. Can it read those?
Yes. Send the link to a published Notion page and the assistant reads the whole write-up — the prose, the specification table, the payment plan — along with the photographs and any PDFs attached to it, and builds the listing from that. The files are copied onto Waseeti's own storage, so the listing keeps them even if the page changes later. The page has to be published to the web; a page that only your workspace can open cannot be read from outside Notion. Other public pages work the same way, including a developer's own project page.
What about brochures and floor plans?
The same drop zone takes PDFs up to 100MB: brochure, payment plan, floor plan. Every PDF is re-encoded on the way in: the images inside it are brought down to screen resolution while the text and drawings are left untouched, so a floor plan stays sharp at any zoom. A developer's launch brochure typically arrives at 12MB and is stored at under 1MB, which is what your client downloads.
Are my photos resized?
Yes. Every photo is rotated upright, stripped of its metadata — which removes the GPS coordinates phones embed — resized to 1600px on its longest edge and re-encoded as WebP. That is far above any screen a client will open it on, and it is roughly a fifteenth of the bytes, so your listing pages stay fast on mobile data.
Can I remove a photo or change the cover?
Yes. You can add photos, remove ones that should not be there, and choose which existing photo becomes the cover image.

Safety and control

Can it publish a property without me knowing?
Publishing requires your declaration that you are authorised to market the property — the same declaration the form in Waseeti asks for. A listing that has never carried one cannot be published through the connector.
What if two of my listings have the same name?
It stops and asks. If what you say matches more than one record, you get the candidates listed with their reference codes and nothing is changed. It never picks one for you — which matters most on the day you have two listings with the same name and you say "delete the Richmond one".
Can it delete something by accident?
Deleting needs an explicit confirmation, separate from the request itself, and the reply tells you what else went with it — the tracked links for that property and the record of who opened them. Archiving a listing or marking a client lost is the reversible alternative, and both are offered first.
Can it email my clients?
No. Matching creates each client's private tracked link and records the send on your dashboard, but the message itself is still yours to write and send.
Can it see other brokers' listings or clients?
No. A connection reaches your own account and nothing else. Every request is tied to the specific broker who authorised it.

Privacy and billing

What data does the assistant see?
Whatever the tools return: your listings, and your client records including names, phone numbers, email addresses and requirements. That data leaves Waseeti and is processed by the company running the assistant under their privacy policy. Those records belong to your clients rather than to you, so it is worth a moment's thought before switching it on.
How do I disconnect it?
From your assistant's connector settings, at any time. Access stops immediately and no further requests are accepted.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Reading keeps working — your listings, clients and history stay visible, because the data is yours. What stops is writing: nothing can be created, changed or sent until there is a subscription again.
Something is not working. Who do I ask?
Write to hello@waseeti.io and tell us what you asked for and what came back. That pair is usually enough to find the problem.

It is included. Switch it on.

Every Waseeti account can use the connector at no extra cost, and in an agency every member of the team can connect their own. A realtor’s account starts free, with no card.
