Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Waseeti. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Effective 1 January 2026 · Version 2026-10-12

1. Who this is between

Waseeti (“we”) provides listing and client software to real estate brokers in the UAE. These terms apply to you as the account holder. If you create an account on behalf of a brokerage, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at hello@waseeti.io if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is for one person; sharing a login between agents defeats every per-agent number the product reports.

3. Your content stays yours

Listings, photos, brochures, client records and notes you put into Waseeti remain yours. We do not sell them, we do not use them to train models, and we do not show one broker’s inventory or clients to another. We store and process them only to run the service for you.

Publishing a listing makes that listing page, and the contact details on your profile, public on the internet. That is the point of it — but it is your decision to publish, and you can unpublish at any time.

4. Your clients’ data

When you add a client, you are handling someone else’s personal data. You confirm you are allowed to hold it and to contact them about property. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for honouring any request they make to you about it. We act on your instructions in relation to that data — see the Privacy Policy.

5. What you promise about everything you publish

Each time you publish a listing you are asked to confirm three things, and by publishing you warrant that all three are true:

  • You have the owner’s consent and the legal authority to market that property, and you hold every licence, permit and registration the UAE requires of you to do so — including RERA and Trakheesi registration and permit numbers where they apply.
  • The property is real and available, and the description, price, photographs, floor plans, payment plan and every other detail are accurate and not misleading.
  • You own or are licensed to use every photograph, brochure, plan, video and description you upload, and publishing them here infringes nobody’s rights.

The same applies to the people in your client list: you confirm you obtained their details lawfully and may contact them about property.

We do not check any of this. Waseeti does not verify listings, does not inspect properties, does not confirm ownership or agency, and does not vet the accuracy of anything you enter. The listing is your statement, published under your name, at your instruction.

6. What you may not do

Do not upload listings you have no right to market, impersonate another broker or agency, upload anything unlawful, attempt to break into other accounts, or resell access to the service. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

7. Price and payment

Waseeti costs AED 49 per month per broker, after a free trial of 30 days. No card is required to start the trial, and nothing can be charged until you provide one. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel rather than accept it.

8. Ending it

You can stop using Waseeti whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend an account for a breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

9. We are the software, not the deal

Waseeti provides software. We are not a broker, agent, adviser, escrow holder or party to any transaction, negotiation, tenancy or sale that passes through it. We do not introduce buyers to sellers, we do not represent anyone, and we earn nothing from your commissions.

Matching scores are a ranking aid produced from the data you entered — not advice, not a valuation, and not a recommendation. The decision about what to show a client, what to tell them and what to advise them is entirely yours. Nothing in Waseeti is legal, tax, valuation or investment advice.

10. What we do not promise

Waseeti is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude every warranty, condition and term that would otherwise be implied — including any implied promise of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the service will be available without interruption, that data will never be lost, that emails or WhatsApp messages will be delivered, that tracked links will record every open, or that any figure the product reports is complete. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for lost profit, lost commission, lost business, lost opportunity, lost data or reputational harm, however caused and whether or not we were told such loss was possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period — in contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise — will not exceed the total fees you actually paid us in that period, or AED 500 if you paid nothing.

We are not liable in any amount for anything arising out of your listings or your conduct: the accuracy or legality of a listing, a property that is not as described or not available, a dispute with an owner, a landlord, a tenant, a buyer, a co-broker or a client, a commission that is not paid, a regulatory or licensing action, or the way you obtained or used anyone’s personal data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Waseeti, its owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers against every claim, demand, proceeding, penalty, loss and cost — including reasonable legal fees — brought by anyone and arising out of:

  • a listing you published, including its accuracy, its legality, and your authority to market it;
  • content you uploaded, including any claim that it infringes copyright or another right;
  • your dealings with any client, owner, landlord, tenant, buyer or other broker;
  • personal data you entered into Waseeti or messages you sent from it;
  • your breach of these terms, or of any law, licence or regulation that applies to you.

We will tell you about any such claim and you may take over its defence, provided you do not settle it in a way that admits fault on our part or imposes any obligation on us without our written agreement.

13. Content we may remove

We may remove or unpublish any listing, suspend any account, and disclose information where the law requires it — without notice where the matter is urgent. We are not obliged to monitor listings, and not doing so is not a waiver of this right. Removing something is not an admission that it was unlawful, and leaving something up is not a statement that it was checked.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control — including internet or hosting failures, outages at a supplier we depend on, power failures, cyber attack, government action, or natural events.

15. Claims have a deadline

Any claim you bring against us must be brought within twelve months of the event you are complaining about, to the extent the law allows a period to be agreed. After that it is out of time.

16. Changes, severability and governing law

If we change these terms materially we will tell account holders by email and update the version at the top of this page. Continuing to use Waseeti after that is acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and that part is treated as reduced to whatever the law does allow rather than struck out. Sections 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive the ending of your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. Please raise any dispute with us first: most things are settled faster by email than by anyone’s lawyer.
