How much does Waseeti cost?
Waseeti costs AED 49 per month for each broker, after a free 30-day trial. No payment details are required to start the trial.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account, publish listings and put your whole client list in without entering any payment details. We ask for a card only at the end of the 30 days, and we email you before that.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
We email you, and you decide. Nothing is charged when your 30 days end unless you choose a plan: we hold no card you have not given us. Once you do subscribe, your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Waseeti is billed monthly and you can stop at any time. If you prefer, a yearly plan at AED 470 saves 20% — but it is a choice, never a requirement. There is no setup fee and no per-listing charge.
Are there limits on listings or clients?
The AED 49 plan includes up to 25 live listings and 150 clients, which is more than most independent realtors keep at once. Drafts and archived listings are not counted, and enquiries from your website always come in. Matching, sends and storage have no limit. An agency account has no limit on listings or clients.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, at any time, from Billing in your dashboard, where you can also change your card or cancel. Yearly works out 20% cheaper than twelve monthly payments.

Does the trial hold anything back?
No. The 30 days are the whole realtor plan — your listings, your clients, your own website, matching and tracked links. Nothing in the plan waits behind a paywall.
What happens to my listings if I stop paying?
Your data stays yours. You can still see every listing and client; adding and changing things pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing again lets you carry on exactly where you left off.
