What does the agency plan include?
Everything, for the whole team: every realtor you invite with their own login, roles and approvals, unlimited listings and clients owned by the agency, matching, tracked links and new-listing alerts, developer contacts, your agency website with a page for every realtor, embeds and the listings API, visitor analytics by realtor, one enquiries inbox, and the Claude connector for every member. Is there a charge per realtor?
No. AED 3,500 a month covers the whole agency, however many realtors you invite. There is no setup fee and no charge per listing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new agency gets 30 days free, with no card asked for, and everything works for the whole team. The owner sees the days left on the dashboard and can subscribe any time; nothing is charged unless they do. If you would like a tour first, book a walkthrough.
Do our realtors pay anything themselves?
No. Everyone in your agency is covered by the agency's plan and is never asked to pay, including a realtor who also keeps their own Waseeti website. Only the owner sees billing.
How do we pay, and can we cancel?
By card, monthly, once the 30 free days are over — subscribing early keeps the free days that are left. There is no minimum term: the owner can change the card or cancel from the Billing page at any time.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your website and your records stay exactly as they were. What pauses is adding and changing things, until the owner subscribes again. Nothing is deleted.
Can my realtors keep their own websites?
Yes. A realtor who joins with their own Waseeti account keeps their login and their own website. The listings your agency owns are shown on your agency's website.
